I enjoy the apartment. I have had two packages taken at two different times. The hallway in 2376 Shake Lane smells like ... a person or people is smoking skunk weed. Not sure where it is coming from and hope they stop doing it. My apartment itself is great and l wish that who ever takes my packages would stop or move out. As well as the smell in the hallway. I moved in to my apartment in September and I am so glad I did. My apartment is just perfect. Maintenance responds right ... away, very little noise and the neighbors that I’ve met are just lovely people. It’s also in a great location. Close to everything I could want or need. The duplexes are great. The little community off of 250 N is very quiet. The rent prices are affordable compared to other ... cities and towns. The office is staff is friendly and always helpful. Great neighbors and convenient to all grocery stores. I've lived here almost 1 yr and love it. Highly recommend Shaker Square to anyone. I moved in during a very stressful time in my life. The office staff was so kind and did everything they could to help me. ... The neighbors are all nice and friendly. The grounds are clean and well kept. Maintenance has always resolved any of my requests in a timely manner. The utilities are very affordable. The gym, pool and club room are always clean and accessible. The apartments are energy efficient with very little heat/cool air loss. I highly recommend Shaker Square Apartments.
